Depending on the complexity, Oracle Provides the Net8 assistant as a
tool.  Check Metalink for details.  I don't know of an API that does
this.



If you post your tnsnames.ora I may be able to fix/add to your file if
I know what you wish to add.  No guarantees though; results may vary
