Oracle 8i Listener Problem

Hello,

I am experiencing a periodic problem with an oracle listener. Oracle 8.1.5 running on a Solaris 2.8 Box.
The Problem... In the past week since Sunday. The listener will die for no obvious reason I can restart the listner using lsnrctl and it will work fine for about a day and then die again. I have a trace file from the last time it died but I have no idea what to look for.

Any help in diagnosing this problem or ideas on what to look for in the trace file would be greatly appreciated.
