You are posting in wrong newsgroup. Oracle database *Cannot* be created and saved on 3 1/2 floppy drive to be installed "Easily" on another machine. i.e Unless you spin on your head for few hours -:)

I suggest you should post in comp.databases.ms-access or comp.databases.ms-sqlserver.
