Why do it? Export and Import are separate tools requiring a second connection to the database. You would need to call them to an external procedure using the system call to start up a separate shell environment. In short, you are going to create havoc. And you don't want an end-user to be capable to export the database to their own system, do you.
There are numerous facilities available to process export through batch-mechanisms, please use those.
