Oracle Intermedia

Hi,

I want to be able to upload a large xml text file from a http interface into the database and search for attributes, loop through all attributes, manipulate it etc.

Is this possible using 8.1.7 (i can only find references to images/video/sound) or does Oracle 9i introduce this feature set?
