In article <3d20287a$1_at_pull.gecm.com>, you said (and I quote):

I'm sorry, but I must disagree. I think you should participate, no matter what your level of experience/knowledge/whatever is.

Sure, some times you'll be flamed. We've all been. That's part and parcel of being online. Get a thick skin and ignore the flames. There are NGs a LOT worse than this one when it comes to that.

The gain by participating is much higher than the loss, quite frankly. Please, do so. Tell us about any experiences, problems, good results. It doesn't matter how detailed or technical it gets. What's important is that it is your own experience.

Every single bit is important. No matter how small or large, how good or bad. That's how we ALL learn.

I for one don't want this NG to become an extension of e-mail lists and fora where a group of regulars monopolizes all communication. This is and should be open to anyone wanting to say anything relevant. Or even irrelevant!

And if anyone gives you a rap on the knuckles, wear it proudly: at least you got one. Many lurkers talk a lot outside of this NG but are incapable of any participation here.

My $0.02 anyway.
