Jesus! Worst nightmares come true! Stay away from this thing at all costs and try to convince management they should also. Even with my limited knowledge of Oracle I wouldn't even dream such a 'design' can come to someone's mind and even if it did, come to life (and I've seen some nightmares involving software, especially after some working weekends :).
