Issue with OracleConnectionCacheImpl

Hi

There does not seem to be any way to set inactivity-timeout when using OracleConnectionCacheImpl? (This is the time duration for which inactive connections in excess of min-limit remain in the pool.)

So once the number of connections goes to max-limit, it just stays there. When the DBMS idle timeout lapses, we end up with exceptions on trying to use the timed out connections from the pool.

Does anyone have a solution / workaround to this problem?

We are using Oracle8i Enterprise Edition Release 8.1.7.2.0

Thanks,
