I have a requirement to kick off certain jobs if an Oracle process
runs beyond a certain time frame. The process could start at any time.



If say it runs one hour I need to run job a if it runs two hours I
need to job b.



I am Oracle 8.1.7 on Solaris. I see some things in OEM 2.2 but not all
I would need.
