Too right. Word is complex difficult beastie which hardly anyone bothers to learn how to use correctly (its just typing after all). Then they complain about things autocorrecting when they don't want them to and they find pictures move around in the document 'all by themselves' etc etc. I also see people specifying *expensive* document management and workflow 'solutions' when you know they can't even use Offices team working features. </off topic rant>
