Very wise. I'd wait until the buffer configuration for the extra block sizes allows for nifty stuff like the multiple classes. Or the ideal: one buffer class/group per tablespace per block size. Why the heck doesn't Oracle just bite the bullet and do it? They know they'll have to go that way, DB2 already has it...
