Yes, there is a product named Shareplex from Quest which is available. I have been quoted pricing from Quest in the $200K price range. It could be more expensive than licensing the Enterprise Edition of Oracle (which contains the Advanced Replication feature). (www.quest.com)

DataMirror also makes a replication tool, which I have used between AS400/DB2 and Oracle - but it could be used between 2 Oracle databases. (www.datamirror.com)

Sybase also has a replication tool which they say will work with Oracle in addition to their own database - I have not used it however. (www.sybase.com)
