Fair comment.

I *do* have experience of rapid application development. usually its been rapid because the product is only half finished. Taking 3 'final' releases on the same day from a software house springs to mind. I *don't* have much open source experience except in the desktop arena, so I should probably retract the comment about support costs and service.
