How to I start the agent on Solaris??

I am usinh OEM running on a windows 2000 server.  I want to run some jobs
against an Oracle 8i database sitting on a Solaris  box.  My question is how
do I start the agent on Solaris.  Any help is much appreciated.  Thanks.
