Thank both of you for your input on this. It looks like Sql*Plus
silently died. Strange is that Sql*Plus was responding, I can open
menus etc., but after while of checking this SQL*Plus finally died
with classic RIP window.
However I do not know if everything got stucked because SQL*Plus was
dying or SQL*Plus died, because everything stucked.
I will try to rerun this, problem is that I'm creating about 2000+
objects by this and everything will run for several hours, not
mentioning that now I must clear a mess from last run.
