Possible to run Oracle Reports w/o 9iAS?

Hi everyone:



I am experimenting with Oracle Reports and possibly other components of Dev.
Suite.  Does anyone know if it is possible to use the generated Reports and/or
Forms with something like Apache Tomcat as opposed to setting up Oracle's
Application Server?  It seems like these reports are "applications" in the
sense of being JSP pages and therefor should be portable between application
servers.
