Where is tkprof on Oracle 901

Installed 901 server (the OTN download) and tried to tkprof a trace file for an issue we are having.
(this is Windows by the way )

tkprof is not in my bin directory !

Went looking in all the jar files for the install and couldn't find it.
(found everything else though, including oracle.exe, tnsping etc etc etc )

Is it supplied on 901 and if not anyone know what the replacement is.
