Hi

I've installed multiple ORACLE 8.1.* homes under windows NT SP6 and configured and tested a TNS entry in one of these homes.

My problem is that I cannot connect using the oracle ODBC driver unless the TNS entry is in the default HOME, (I just get a TNS : could not resolve service error).

I have checked that the correct HOME is selected, and other tools such as SQL Plus work fine.

Unfortunetly I am not able to set up a common TNS file in this instance, all I want is for the ODBC driver to pick up the correct TNS dependent upon the current HOME.

Any Suggestions? Received on Wed Jun 05 2002 - 10:50:20 CDT
