I thought it was a waste of money. It skipped some key areas (bitmap joins)
completley while spending a great deal of time on minutia that the typical
DBA is not going to encounter. IMHO. For the price I also thought they
could have possibly engaged in proofreading and production review as I had
missing graphics and incredibly poor sound quality.
