Personal Oracle on Win 2000

I'm running Personal Oracle Ver 8.1.7 on Windows 2000. When I  look at
the Task Manager I see two instances of ORACLE.EXE using about 65M each
and two other instances of ORACLE.EXE at about 2.7M. Why am I seeing two
copis of each? Is this normal?
