Suse 7.2 Oracle 9i R2 - Quits during install (JRE ?)

During a fresh install of Oracle 9i R2, the installer quits during
install.  Last message seen on screen during install was 'Java Runtime
Environment'... 



Any Ideas about possible problem?



I also see the following while OUI is running. 



Font specified in font.properties not found
[--symbol-medium-r-normal--*-%d-*-*-p-*-adobe-fontspecific]



Any ideas about the cause of this problem. ?
