Is your user TEST member of a domain?
If not - there is a key you have to set on your regestry to unable authentication over domain.

If your machine isnīt a member of a domain set or create following registry-key:
OSAUTH_PREFIX_DOMAIN = FALSE
in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORACLE\HOMEID\ Jimmy Received on Mon May 27 2002 - 17:12:25 CDT
