Oracle 9i RC2 Installation hangs at 55%

Hi,
I'm trying to installed Oracle 9i RC2 database on a windows 2000 server.

At some point the CPU (and disk access) drops to zero where the "Oracle Universal Installaer" dialog says:

Installing Oracle COM Automation Feature 9.2.0.1.0

The progress bar says "Copying TestWORD.class" and indicates 55%

The CLASSPATH environment variable is empty (that solved a somewhat similar problem when installing Oracle 9i) but that does not help with RC2.

Does anyone know what to look for here?
