Oracle 9i Release 2: 9.0.2 or 9.2.0?

Just for curiosity. The first release of oracle 9i is 9.0.1, and not it
is the second release, oracle said it is 9.2.0, why anouced it as 9.2.0,
but not 9.1.0 or 9.0.2? Is that greate improvement like from oracle8.0.x
to oracle 8.1.x?
