I wouldn't be touching certain aspects of that site with a barge pole. Have you read some of the nonsense it espouses? "Rebuild your indexes when they have more than four extents". Yikes.

On the other hand, I see Jonathan has an article there, so it can't be all bad (but I question the company he keeps :-)
