Linux/Oracle 9i install on promise stripe ?

I installed oracle on linux RedHat 7.2 using the promise TX2 raid
controller.  Problem is when I tried to rebuild the kernel to adjust the
memory settings per Oracle the raid driver
failed to work.



Anyone here succesfully running this config ? I would appreciate any
tips/experience with this fiasco..
