Because it was not available for the SGI platform when I began upgrading 30+
instances 2 months ago.
Unless I have a really compelling reason to upgrade again, or I find out
that the patch specifically addresses some problem related to the shared
memory segment size issue that the o/s is nowexperiencing, I probably won't
apply it.
