Thanks. I have no doubt Jason did an excellent job given what he had to work with. That does not make the book inaccuracies any less troubling as most students don't have enough background to recognize them.

Hopefully he will be given to opportunity to come out with a revised edition. His books are on the recommended reading list for my students.

As are those of some authors whose names are very recognizable at c.d.o.
