Which customer info ? (Portal user info ?)

Portal user is not the same creature as a DB user !

If it's Portal user info, you then need to obtain it through an API (portal30.wwctx_api I think, but I'm not at work and I have a failure 10 - (worked with the api more than 10 minutes ago, so I can't remember)) :)
