Hi gang,



Oracle 8.1.6 running on W2K


I am trying to alter the session to change the optimizer_mode parameter from
CHOOSE to RULE.


I want to do this to only one specific user.  I know I can do it to myself
with the "Alter session set optimizer_mode=RULE" command.



How do I do it for another user who is already logged in.
