'sOK. I just had someone this week tell me that log miner is the acceptable way to correct incidents where users delete/drop entire tables. With a straight face.
From there to blaming the customer for everything is a small distance. Which may be warranted if the customer is crazy enough to accept substandard  processes and procedures.
