Help: How do you grant select on x$ table to system?

I tried

SQL> grant select on x$bh to system;
grant select on x$bh to system

                *

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-02030: can only select from fixed tables/views

Could somebody tell me what is the correct way to do this?
