Thank you, Howard for you wonderful site. I was disappointed to find out it was forced to close.

Your common sense approach to Oracle was invaluable to me as novice DBA. You used plain english and for that I thank you. You knew who your audience was, and you addressed us with courtesy and patience. Your teaching skills are excellent. I will miss them.

After spending months studying countless manuals, newsgroups, etc., I found your site. I suddenly understood many things. I knew what was necessary and what was not. I knew where my database was heading. I could suddenly explain it to myself and others more clearly.

Most importantly, I knew I could do the job. That's a rare talent you got there Howard.
