TNSLSNR.EXE Application error

I installed Oracle 9i 9.0.1.1.1 EE in w2k server service pack 2, when I start the listener I get
TNSLSNR.EXE Application Error
The Instruction at "0x61915790" referenced memory at "0x00000578" . The memory cannot be read.

I changed the port from the default "1521" to "1555". I did every thing I know with no luck.

I did check the metalink but nothing much.

Sometime the service start but when I try to connect through the sqlnet it terminates the service with the same message.

Appreciate your advice,
