ORA-01874 time zone hour must be between -12 and 13

Hi everybody.

I tried to import a Oracle 8.1.6 dmp file a in my Oracle8i Enterprise Edition Release 8.1.7.3.0 db.
But a ORA-01874 error occured.
Can anyone explain this problem, and how can I resolve it.
