Making a decision between them based on a comparison will not get you very much. The products are reasonably similar. I would suggest that you concentrate your efforts on examining your internal infrastructure and resources to see which one you can best implement and support.

No matter which one is technically superior, or faster, or whatever ... if your developers don't know how to use it ... and your DBAs and SysAdmins don't know how to install and configure it ... you will just make an expensive mess.
