Start of with the obvious investigations, so check the systems event
log ,and the alert log of any database instance involved.
Then start posting. In this post you only state 'It doesn't work'
Rest assured: no one in this group has a crystal ball.
If you don't want to do that minimal work, call Oracle Technical
Support: They are paid for dealing with 'It doesn't work' requests
