UTL_FILE

Hie

I try to use package UTL_FILE.

But I get Error message
"Argument of datatype "Cursor" is not supported. "

Where is the problem?

Also

I understand that I have to set file directory to init.ora file like

UTL_FILE_DIR = /directory

Where I can find this init.ora file.

I try to find it from server and I found severel files, which is the right one.
