It al depends on your requirements but personally I would strongly recommend going with a 2GB configuration rather than 1 on an NT system. We have 2 large datacenters and our standard build is always 2 GB (with the odd 4GB box thrown in. As I say it is heavily dependant on the nature of the database.

With the description you have given I am assuming your database is less than 20GB. I would strongly recommend more than 2 disks if you can afford it as the outline you have given seems fairly IO intensive. Just a suggestion.
