You can drop them immediately, also SYSTEM, TEMP and RBS (just kidding).

Honestly, you know how to put a tablespace offline but don't know what those tablespace are for?

USERS: default tablespace for all users but some internal users (e.g. system) INDX: all indexes should go there by default OEM_REPOSITORY: the repository off Oracle Enterprise Manager resides here DRSYS: If you user the context server Oracle will store the information there

Look at dba_users what default tablespace your database users have. Or do you use only system or sys to connect to the database?
