The PHP version 4 does not use Oracle's half duplex protocol in the correct way.
The web server client sends data twice and so the ORA-600 [16365] will occur. To
check if data is sent twice the client and server trace must be turned on.



There is a fix for this problem. You should patch your PHP version to the next
higher version.
