Obviously you got the advice to contact Oracle because of the ora-600. The generic procedure is still to contact Oracle, no one in this group can resolve it.
You really expected a different answer?
There is only a small thing that has changed in the meantime: 8.1.6 has been desupported.
Please upgrade (provided you have a support contract at all, otherwise this wouldn't make any difference) to 8.1.7
