Re: Trouble creating second db

They are setup correctly. I can't even connect to the working database with svrmgrl. I get the same 12560.

I'm able to create an instance using oradim, connect to it with sqlplus, and then load it with nomount within sqlplus. But, I still can't connect to it with svrmgrl.
