Identifying the executing PL/SQL procedure when an Oracle error occurs

Is there a straightforward way to identify the executing PL/SQL procedure when an Oracle error occurs, i.e., ENCLOSING_PKG.EXECUTING_PROCEDURE (or simply EXECUTING_STANDALONE_PROC if it were a standalone procedure which caused the Oracle error)?
