MQ Series can work. If you have an EAI tool such as MQ Integrator or the like you have much of what you need. However, I have had much success with Oracle transparent Gateway for DB2. From Oracle you can run DB2 queries as if they were Oracle queries. You can also run a DB2 SPROC and return the data to Oracle.

Depending on the Release of DB2 you run you can also use Relational connect or purchase IBM Data Joiner which from the DB2 side is simply IBM's version of a database gateway.
