The result of my search was the pocket references published by O'Reilly. There are several to choose from. Each prices at $10 - $13. At about 100 pages, one will fit your vest pocket. A few that I have are:
Oracle SQL Plus
oracle SQL Tuning
Oracle PL/SQL Language
Oracle DBA Checklists
