  1. Depends on where you put it on your machine.
  2. Depends on the number of processes in your init.ora and is detailed in the installation files on the CD.
  3. Depends on many factors all of which require DBA skills.

It is very obvious that you did not read the installation instruction that are on the CD: Do so.

It is equally obvious that you need to find a mentor who is a DBA to help you.

You should do both.
