Hello,

I have problem with configuration of Net8.

We have oracleDB(8.1.7) with instance 'orcl' on Win 2000 machine (IP 192.168.188.44) . From client I can ping and tnsping server machine with oracle DB and I can also connect with e.g. SQLPLUS and any other tools.
In one word everything working fine!
These machines are in LAN 192.168.188.0/24

I have another machine with IP 192.168.2.10 on LAN segment 192.168.2.0/24. On this machine is installed Oracle client and configured NET8.
From this machine I can ping and tnsping Oracle DB server with IP 192.168.188.44, but I can't connect from SQLPLUS or some other tools to this machine.

We use Tnsnames for connection (not Oracle Names!) How I can solve this problem?

Thanks !
