The advice you recieved already is good. But one word of caution. Oracle is NOT
just a Microsoft product with another name on the CD. It is very different. And
to the extent that you approach it as just another flavor of SQL Server you will
be frustrated, angry, and think it is a lousy product. You can not make Oracle
in SQL Server and you should not try any more than anyone should try to turn
Windows into UNIX.
