Question about setting up an Oracle server

Im running personal Oracle 8i at home. Is it possible to set this up
as a server? Ive read parts of the Net8 book. In order to do this, do
I need to setup my Windows operating system as a server? If I cant do
it in personal I have a copy of 9i Enterprise on a CD. Could someone
please point me in the right direction to do this and please let me
know what I have to know.
